Ken began his career, first articling and then as an associate, at a boutique criminal and civil litigation law firm. He has appeared in provincial court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals throughout the lower mainland. Ken now has a general civil litigation practice that is mainly focused on assisting First Nations with litigation.
Ken went to law school at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops where he was a member of the Kawaskimhon moot team and an editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law. He is also a graduate of the University of Victoria where he received a double major in Political Science and Hispanic and Latin American Studies.
In his spare time, Ken is generally found with his wife running, travelling, sailing or enjoying the outdoors. He is also a fledgling carpenter who aspires to build anything he is introduced to through his regular diet of online instructional videos.
